Elizabeth (Beth) Norman is an experienced Montessori leader serving the needs of children, families, adult learners, educators, school administrators, and the community with integrity, compassion, creativity, leadership and advocacy. Currently serving the Intercultural Montessori Language School as their Montessori Toddler and Early Childhood Program Director. Additionaly, Beth is a member of the Seton Montessori Institute teacher education faculty.

A mother of three (now adult children), a wife (for 33 years), and an avid lover of the outdoors. At home living and collaborating with the children, families, and educators at Intercultural, or in her own yard (or even better on a kayak somewhere), Beth is passionate about finding and sharing meaningful purpose and creativity in the many opportunities a Montessori life presents.

Prior presentations:
2020 – January 2022 American Montessori Society Infant and Toddler Community Support co-facilitator with Uniit Carruyo and Cristina Valente during the on-set of the pandemic and throughout the for 0 – 3 educators via Zoom. The purpose was to support, provide resources and content pertinent to our adapting work. Often 200 or more global educators would gathered for these hour long sessions. Additionally, managed the online discussion board relating to the community.
