As Montessori educators and administrators we are committed to careful attention to each detail of the prepared environment, but often lose sight of our own significance in continually preparing ourselves to hold up our part of the Montessori triad. Be re-inspired to strive for the adult "virtues" Montessori called us toward and rejuvenate yourself in your journey of transformation!

Participants will reflect upon the essential role of the adult in nurturing and facilitating desired learner outcomes for children; explore a list of characteristics the Montessori educator/administrator must possess/develop as articulated in Maria Montessori's work; and gather practical tips for continued transformation through self-reflection, personal growth and self-care.
